WASINO’s Super-high-precision Flat Tooling CNC Lathe
The G 100 | 480 is a super-high-precision flat tooling CNC lathe that WASINO is pride of. It features a left/right symmetrical bed to maintain stable machining accuracy; a high-performance spindle; and the largest X-axis travel in its class at 480 mm. The machine can be used with loader and stocker systems to accommodate diverse manufacturing environments.
The machine has successfully reduced cycle times by achieving “zero indexing time,” which was made possible by the use of flat tooling. In addition to high-efficiency machining, it also meets a wide range of customer requirements including finishing, hard turning, and high-added-value machining, with the high precision unique to flat tooling.
