What is Coil Sandblasting Line?

The term “Coil sandblasting line” typically refers to a manufacturing process used in the metal industry for cleaning and preparing coiled metal sheets or strips, such as steel or aluminum, prior to further processing or finishing. Sandblasting, also known as abrasive blasting or shot blasting, is a surface treatment method that involves propelling fine abrasive particles at high velocity onto the surface of the metal coil to remove contaminants, rust, scale, or other impurities, and create a clean and roughened surface for subsequent coating, painting, or other treatments.
