Sugino Jet Clean Flex Center II JCC-6535E High Pressure Deburring Washing Cutting System – Year 2003

The Jet Clean Flex Center II combines a Sugino CNC-based deburring station to remove all types of burrs from complex shaped parts made of many different materials–aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, plastics and exotics–from a workpiece.

It is also used to dislodge and remove compacted chips and debris from blind and tapped holes as well as cross holes and passages. Conventional brush and special deburring tool operations can also be performed on the Sugino Jet Clean Flex Center II.
