Repairs carried out (2017 and 2018 respectively):
New main board for the control system.
New ball screws and feed nuts for X- and Z-axis respectively.
New bearing for the main spindle
In the course of replacing the feed screws, a complete service of both slides was performed by
by an external service technician. Both slides were disassembled and cleaned, the
lubrication lines of the central lubrication system in the slides were renewed,
the guide play was adjusted,
the load bearing of the motors were checked, the wedges of the dovetail guides were replaced and
all wipers and seals were renewed. The PARAT tool holder was also disassembled,
the dowel pins were renewed and the spring assembly replaced.
