ELB-SCHLIFF SWBD-30 VA II surface grinding machine was manufactured in 1970 in Germany. The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic table consisting of three electromagnetic clamping plates, each 3000 mm long and 450 mm wide. It is possible to process workpieces on the work table of the magnetic grinder with a length of up to 3000 mm, width of up to 500 mm and maximum weight of 2000 kg.

The grinding height depends on the grinding wheel wear – with a new grinding wheel it is possible to grind the workpiece with a maximum height of 450 mm, while with the used grinding wheel the grinding height is 540 mm. Grinding machine ELB-SCHLIFF SWBD-30 VA II has also a mandrel for balancing grinding wheels, holders for grinding wheels and electro-automatic magnetic pole switch in electromagnetic plates. The machine underwent a complete overhaul carried out in 200
