DOOSAN LYNX 220 LSYC 5-AXIS CNC turning center was built in 2014 in South Korea. In order to meet all production requirements, the machine uses state-of-the-art components and technologies, which combined with an extremely stable design offer the best precision and turning performance in its class. In addition, the offered equipment allows even the most intensive machining process to be streamlined and fully automated in any production facility.

Workpieces with a maximum length of 510 mm are machined inside a large working area with two high-speed spindles. During the machining process, the specially designed bed of the machine effectively dampens all vibrations and oscillations, resulting, e.g. in improved workpiece surface quality and increased tool life.

The offer includes a wide range of equipment, such as the Y axis, bar feeder, measuring probe and the intuitive DOOSAN FANUC i Series CNC controller. To this date, the DOOSAN LYNX 220LSY CNC automatic lathe has only worked for 596 hours and has only been used for machining stainless steel. The total weight of the machine is 4000 kg.
