Flatbed CNC lathes of the CKT series are characterized by high performance in serial machining, these lathes are also used in small and unit production. The CNC control used in this lathe allows for a simplified programming method. CK series lathes enable turning external, internal and spherical surfaces as well as making different types of threads. Direct spindle drive – the spindle drive motor is regulated by an inverter. The spindle is mounted on NSK precision Japanese rolling bearings. Longitudinal and cross feeds are take place through ballscrew driven by servo motor.

SINUMERIK 808D is the newest control system introduced by Siemens for standard lathes and milling machines.
Its designers, taking advantage of the 50 years of experience in the field of creating CNC systems and the newest solutions in the field of system architecture, components and software, equipped them with functionalities and technological possibilities that until now were only available in higher-level machine controls.
SINUMERIK 808D has the form of a single, compact panel, thanks to which the number of necessary connections and interfaces has been reduced to a minimum. All system components were made in compliance with strict requirements and quality standards, thanks to which a high degree of protection (IP65 from the front of the panel) and the possibility of exploatation even in a hostile environment. 808 D control system is characterized with the great comfort and simplicity of use. It is equipped with keyboard with dedicated configuration of technological operations and mechanical switches (is is guaranted maximum convenience when entering data), function buttons with membrane construction and programmable switches.
