SPINNER PD-CNC CNC lathe, manufactured in 1998 in Germany, processes details with a maximum length of 100 mm and a diameter of 150 mm (turning over the slide) or 300 mm (turning over the bed). The functional SIEMENS SINUMERIK CNC controller installed in the machine allows you to program the detail turning modes, which are performed in the X/Z axes with feeds of 400/400 mm and rapid feeds of 12 m/min.

Characterized by a compact design and high reliability, the lathe uses a completely new, extremely precise 7.5 kW spindle in the milling process, rotating at a speed of 7000 rpm. Along with the CNC lathe, equipment is offered consisting of, among others: from an additional spindle and an IEMCA barfeeder. The total weight of the machine is approx. 2300 kg.
