SOGI CDL-800 is a professional precision machining center designed for highly complex mechanical machining on steel components, metal alloys and polymeric materials.

Ductile iron whole upright that makes the machine resistant and stable, while ensuring remarkable precision.

The cast head in resistant material is able to perform high precision and solidity over time.

The spindle axis of the CDL machining center is mounted on special high precision bearings.

The axis guides, the mechanical and electrical components are protected with telescopic stainless steel protective covers.

3 high-precision recirculating ball axes to allow perfect machining with maximum performance. The axis guides are equipped with a centralized lubrication system with a programmable control unit.

Large front door for loading pieces.

Reinforced shatterproof glass.

24-station tool magazine for BT 40 Ø 150 mm cone.

Fourth axis: ø 250 mm rotating table supplied as standard for machining on the fourth axis.

Electrical system cabin: closed electrical cabinet with intelligent cooling system. Optimal temperature even in very hot environments.

Programmable lubrication control unit: the lubrication cycles that can be set from the panel prevent wear and downtime.

Chip collection tank: removable with refrigeration pump equipped with chip / emulsifier separator.

The machine is equipped with a machine and EC user and maintenance manual. SIEMENS control programming manual.
