SOGI CDL-550 is a professional precision machining center designed for the machining of steel components, metal alloys and polymeric materials.
Ductile iron whole upright which makes the machine resistant and stable, while guaranteeing remarkable precision. The cast head in resistant material is able to perform high precision and solidity over time.
The spindle axis of the CDL-550 machining center is mounted on special high-precision bearings.
The axis guides, the mechanical and electrical components are protected with telescopic stainless steel protective covers.
The 3 axes use hardened and ground rigid guides to obtain maximum reliability over time. The axis guides are equipped with a centralized lubrication system with a programmable control unit.
