· The machine was bought in 2011 as a totally reconditioned and electronically modernized (new) machine, directly at the manufacturer MIKROMAT

· Universal machine for automatic grinding of single or multi start worms as well as threads with straight or profiled flanks using single rib or multi rib grinding wheels.

· Grinding methods include longitudinal grinding, relieve grinding, plunge in grinding, groove grinding, conical thread grinding and can be actuated by a simple to use teach-in SCHLEICHER PLC control PROMODUL U.The feeds and dressing compensation is also actuated automatically. The relieve grinding and conical grinding is done by using a cam. The lead is effected by change gears.
