HERMLE C800 U CNC 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center – Year 2001
2001 Hermle C800u 5-axis cnc with SK40 (euro cat40) spindle.
Purchased from medical device company used.
Sold as-is because of age, right now I’m working through one error message related to the tool change, one air regulator blew its adjustment knob and it’s preventing the tool change door from opening/closing.
I’ve never run the conveyor or coolant pump, both need cleaning.
I have run all 5 axes and the spindle. Main concern is the belts should be changed due to age, all the windows (polycarbonate), and the axes should be lubricated.

It is still supported by Hermle, they support all their machines. I have the operation manual, machine drawings, and service manual.
