Device for separating the engagement between the tool and the workpiece, which becomes effective independently of an external energy supply if the tool and/or the machine could be at risk due to a power failure.
It also reacts to control faults, measuring system or device failure, overload, etc.
The main stand is immediately retracted and all other movement is stopped.
Electrical buffering ensures that the gear coupling between the hob and the workpiece table is maintained for a sufficient period of time.
