The operating speed in both modes is 25 packages/minute.

Liquid dosing:
Working range and accuracy: 2-20 ml +/-1%
Automatic feeding of packages (bottles) via a cobot system
Bottle blowing system with clean compressed air before the pouring process
Weight measurement of the package (bottle) before and after dosing the liquid
Dosing using 4 piston pumps
Drop elimination system after the dosing process
Rejection of incorrectly dosed products
Automatic bottle capping with control of tightening and presence of the pipette (if required)

Dosing of loose products:
Working range and accuracy: 1-100g +/-1%
Automatic feeding of packages (jars) via a conveyor with a separator
Filling scale (combination) with a precise feeding system (accuracy: 0.025g/weighing cell) depending on the set doses
Checkweigher with a system for rejecting products with incorrect weight
Automatic jar capping with tightening control
Sealing packages by welding the induction insert inside the jar cap
Package weighing mode and bypass mode for work with liquid dosing

Common part – labeling:
Feeding packages on a conveyor with a separator
Printing on the label with OCR print correctness control
Application of labels on packages (bottles and jars) with control of the presence of the label on the package
Reject track for products without a label or with incorrect print
220cm x 100cm stacking table for packaging work

FARMALINE Automatic Packaging Line featuring highly precise dosing systems for liquids or bulk products, integrated with a shared section for labelling and packaging. The entire process chain is connected by a single conveyor system, enabling alternating operation modes. Pharmaceutical-grade finish – all product-contact components are made from materials approved for pharmaceutical use (e.g., AISI 316L, PTFE), ensuring easy cleaning. 100% process control with defect detection and rejection system at every stage. Shared Section – Labelling:
– Container feeding on conveyor with separator
– Print on label with OCR print verification
– Application of labels to containers (bottles and jars) with presence detection
– Reject lane for products without a label or with incorrect print
– Collection table for packaging operations, dimensions: 220cm x 100cm
