Complete VirtualGrind® Pro software package, consisting of:

• Milling Cutter Package (valid for machines with 5 and 6 axes): Standard and special milling cutters with unequal pitch, unequal and variable helix angles, variable core profile, left/right hand helix, including spiral combinations and roughing cutters.
• Drill Package (valid for machines with 5 and 6 axes): Standard and special step drills with variable helix angle, flat or conical clearance grinding, corner chamfer or corner radius, double chamfer, variable core profile, multi-chamfer step drills, profile forms for step transitions (convex/concave), edge protection chamfer on end geometry (K-Land).
• Form Tools (valid for machines with 6 axes): Straight or helical special tools can be imported via DXF format or created directly in the 2D editor. Forms can be executed in flute and thinning operations, with rake angle control in flute and thinning, profile verification (3D simulation option required), radially relieved tools, internal turning tools, and module package for threading tools.
