Description The PITTLER PETRA SL is a new-generation CNC twin-spindle turning center developed for highly economical and productive manufacturing. The machine utilizes two independent motorized spindles that allow simultaneous machining operations, significantly reducing cycle times and handling requirements. The PETRA SL concept enables complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup while maintaining exceptional accuracy and process reliability. Equipped with Siemens 880T CNC control, linear measuring systems, optional powered tooling, and high-performance AC spindle drives, the machine is particularly suitable for automotive, aerospace, hydraulic, bearing, and high-volume precision manufacturing applications.
