Nakamura-Tome TW-20 – Year 1998

This machine is in great condition, running in a single shift environment cutting mostly aluminum and mild steel. We are the original owner, and have taken good care of this machine.

This machine is great for complete shaft or roller manufacturing as it has a loader and unloader, so you can machine both ends as well as features down the entire length, no matter how long the shaft is.

It is fully loaded with the following options:
LNS Loader and Unloader.
Kennametal KM 40 quick change tooling.
Renishaw touch probe on both turrets.
Microcentric left collet chuck.
SMW right 3-jaw chuck.
Parts catcher.
Cutoff detection.
High pressure coolant.
Rear chip conveyor.
Big bore package (2.25″ thru hole both spindles).
Fanuc 16TT with extended macros and probing routines.
All manuals and maintenance records.
