HYUNDAI-KIA VX500 CNC milling centre built in Korea in 2008, is used for the machining of metal workpieces with a weight of up to 800 kg. The machine performs machining in three axes X,Y,Z with feeds of 1060 mm (X axis), 510 mm (Y axis) and 635 mm (Z axis) respectively. The CNC milling machine axes are equipped with FANUC servomotors.
Full control over the work of the milling machine is provided by a modern and easy to use CNC control FANUC Series 21i-MB with a large control panel. The installed spindle, equipped with an NT40 taper, rotates at a speed from 80 to 8000 rpm and guarantees excellent machining quality. The machining centre is also equipped with a large tool magazine, capable of holding a wide range of tools weighing up to 8 kg each. The total weight of the CNC milling machine is 7000 kg.
