2001 Horai 75 Hp Recycling Grinder / Shredder with 31″ Wide Loading Conveyor, 50Hp Greenheck Material Blower, and Control Cabinet with Motor Starters. At the moment I do not have pictures of the GreenHeck Blower Assembly, but will post them shortly. This system was previously used to grind shoddy felt material down to a consistency to be reintroduced into the airlay system for the production of felt matt. This grinder is used to recycle mattress felt, yarns, nylon straps, clothing, rags, etc. and frequently used in the automotive interiors industry for carpet padding, sound dampening materials, and interior panel linings. We also have a 100Hp Crusher with Hydraulic Pushers to break down larger scraps prior to sending them to the grinder.
