The
is an extremely versatile solution for advanced machining of window profiles, door profiles or facades. It enables precision machining of any type of profile with a maximum length of 7500 mm. Cutting, drilling and milling is performed in a single work cycle by advanced machining units located inside a sound-absorbing cabin. A clamping system positions the workpiece instantly and holds it securely during the entire machining process. Grippers, spindles and a cutting disc with a 360° rotation range enable machining of the profile in multiple positions, while maintaining constant accuracy. All this is completed by the quick-change mechanism for guide rollers and tools, which considerably reduces machine set-up times.
All the components with the best technical parameters have been carefully selected and optimised to guarantee the best machining results.
