EISEN Machinery CT-1118 CNC – Year 2005
CNC Lathe

Up for sale is a tool room 2005 EISEN CT-1118 CNC lathe. It’s the 5HP version. This machine is equipped with the highly desirable Fanuc control 0i-TB, (Fanuc servos).
Made in Taiwan with ball screws and spindle bearings from NSK.
Everything works as it should and has very very little wear since it has only 80H of cutting time! Standard backlash on the lead screws. Again barely any wear.
It’s based on the Hardinge HLV-H. So all Hardinge tolling is compatible.
Machine comes with a 5″ Bison Chuck, steady and follow rest, power 5C collets.
I also have an Air power 4″ chuck (not on the pics)and a couple of step chuck and collets, Dorian Quadra tool post with a ton of dorian holders worth 2k!
Tool post has 2 pins for anti rotation, that allows drilling with it

I also have the original compound.
On the CAD side, you can send your post processed Gcode via a wifi DNC device almost straight into the machine. Pretty streamlined and easy to use. Fusion 360 Fanuc post processor works well with this controller.
This is really a tool room with the intent to make a one off or small batches.
Machine is really accurate with its 50Million run out spindle.
It can be used in manual mode since the you have the hand wheels.
3PH-220v. I use a phase converter and runs just fine
