CRP RH14 welding robot with MegMeet 400A complete system
Small and medium-sized companies are increasingly looking for affordable, practical solutions to carry out welding tasks in an uncomplicated manner and in a much shorter time. Systems are now available that take over monotonous work, especially for short runs.
The information that only a little time and money is required for the commissioning and instruction of robot cells has also reached smaller companies. In the end, the only question is the equipment, the flexibility and the safety aspects.
OH-au2mate offers a compact welding system for workshops. The system is equipped with an enclosure, protective windows and four spacious doors, which optimally protect the operator from flying sparks and collisions with the robot. In addition, the compact unit can be conveniently transported by forklift.
In the basic version, this cell is supplied with a CRP RH 14 welding robot, which performs all welding tasks and payloads of up to 10 kg at high speed. The facility is equipped with a 400A MIG/MAG welding machine from MegMeet – Artsens Plus. Water cooling, pulse, double pulse is standard for quality results. Alternatively, we can install all other power sources in the system.

The housing of the cell is generally designed for workpiece lengths of approx. 800mm x 800mm x 800mm. For all those who need a rotary axis, we can install it at any time or retrofit it later. In the cell there is a welding table with 28mm perforation, so you can use clamping devices from manual workstations.
