BZT PS Horizontal Milling Machine for finishing linear rails – and guides
The BZT PS horizontal milling machine is new on the market as an alternative for machining the ends of linear rails.
With the PS horizontal milling machine, linear rails can be drilled on the face side or contour or face milled.
The PS was designed as a special solution and further development of the PFS series based on special customer requirements.
What was required here was the front side CNC machining of the ends of linear rails from the companies Bosch Rexroth and INA.
The Bosch-Rexroth company has already examined the PS in use and will recommend this machine to its own customers as a suitable alternative for processing the linear rails.
The enclosed PS has a clamping device for processing 2 linear rails and a support table of up to 6 m.
The low-vibration, welded steel frame and the ball screws installed in all axes ensure optimal milling results.
