Compact, vertical double-side surface grinding machine from Buderus for soft and hard machining of car and commercial vehicle brake discs, including a cooling lubricant system and extraction system, is for sale.
The machine is part of the world’s first fully automated production line for hard-coated brake discs.
As a demonstrator and prototype machine, only approximately 30,000 brake disc prototypes have been ground from the end of 2020 to the present (still in use today).
All clamping devices are available and included.
The grinding machine is therefore ideally suited as a flexible prototype or small-series machine.
