Branson IRAM 3G Laser Welder – Year 2021
Branson 3G Laser Plastic Welder With 2 x Emerson Radiance Laser Banks & 2000X Set.
Set was recently removed from a large facility closure.
Purchased new in 2020 and used very little.
We were able to power up the system as shown in the photos.
There are a few errors indicated that will need to be sorted out, but shouldn’t be any problem for someone familiar with the system.
Please take a close look at all of the screen shots, and please let us know if there is anything else you’d like to see from the software.
This is a 2-bank, 7 laser system as pictured.
Set consists of the following:
Branson 3G Laser Welder Controller / Power Supply
2 x Branson / Emerson Radiance Laser Banks, P/N 144-100-572. 1 configured with 5 lasers, and one with 2. 80W, 985nm wavelength.
Branson AEDL 2.5 EN Actuator
Please note, chiller is not included.
System was operational when the facility was shut down.
It will take some effort to get everything back on-line, and you’ll need to make fixtures to match your application for the welding side.
