Our high precision metal cutting Fibre Lasers are ideally suited for all training, prototyping and low volume manufacturing applications.
1000 Watt – Continuous Cutting of 8mm Carbon Steel, 4mm Stainless Steel and 3mm Aluminium. Occasional cutting up to 10mm Carbon Steel.
1500 Watt – Continuous Cutting of 10mm Carbon Steel, 5mm Stainless Steel and 3mm Aluminium. Occasional cutting up to 12mm Carbon Steel.
2000 Watt – Continuous Cutting of 12mm Carbon Steel, 6mm Stainless Steel and 4mm Aluminium. Occasional cutting up to 15mm Carbon Steel.
System features
Fully enclosed for optimal fume and debris management.
A rigid construction and a motion system incorporating high quality Taiwanese linear guide rails and racks together with Japanese servo drives allows speeds up to 40 metres per minute to be achieved.
Integrated PC control system.
Auto Focus
Capacitive Height Control system automatically and continually adjusts the focal length depending on the position of the material surface.
The integrated red dot beam pointer allows easy positioning of the laser prior to running a job.
