BLM-ADIGE JUMBO LT14 tube laser cutting machine was built in 2014 in Italy by BLM S.p.A. The machine’s high versatility and extensive machining capabilities make it the perfect choice for precision machining of tubes, open profiles, I-beams and special profiles of large dimensions. It will significantly reduce the cost of producing a single component and improve the quality of cutting compared to other technologies available on the market.

The BLM-ADIGE LT JUMBO 14 3D tube laser cutting machine performs machining fully automatically, without the need for retooling or manual adjustments. Once the workpieces have been fed in, the loading unit with conveyor system segregates them according to cross-section, diameter and length. The workpiece is then moved towards the work area, where it is held by three special spindles that eliminate uncontrolled movements and guarantee more precise, faster cutting and shorter production times. At the same time, the 3D laser head moves along the workpiece, allowing all parts to be cut in front of, between and behind the spindles.

The offered BLM ADIGE SYS LASERTUBE LT14 tube and profile laser cutting machine has as standard an intuitive HMI operator panel with SIEMENS CNC control installed, where programming and data sharing are carried out in just a few steps. The total weight of the machine is 10000 kg.
