Technical description
The machine frame is made of castings.
The drive of the clamping plate is realized by means of a torsion motor, which also ensures the positioning of the table (C axis). The clamping plate is 16-cell hydrostatic and oil-cooled.
The machine is equipped with one support. The sliding guide surfaces are hardened and ground. The guide surfaces are lined with sliding plastic, lateral guides provide rolling elements.
As far as mechanical properties are concerned, the machine achieves standard precision according to the current standards for machine tools.
