Technical Features

CNC System Configuration
CNC System: FAGOR 8055
- X axis: Transverse feed motion of the grinding wheel frame, full closed-loop control with grating ruler.
- B axis: Workpiece spindle rotary motion with angle-encoder full closed-loop control.
- C axis: Rotary table motion with angle-encoder full closed-loop control (optional).
- Y axis: Longitudinal reciprocating motion of the grinding wheel.
- SP axis: Rotational motion of the grinding wheel.
Machine Application
This machine is a four-axis CNC tool grinder designed for precision machining of hard-alloy or ceramic indexable inserts.
It uses the imported FAGOR 8055 CNC system with real-time monitoring functions. The machine is equipped with automatic measuring, automatic clamping, and automatic loading/unloading devices.
One single clamping operation can complete peripheral contour machining, chamfering, and edge rounding, making it ideal for high-volume production.
