Machine Features
- The main machine structure is made of high-quality cast iron. X, Y axes and the Ram guideway are hardened and precision ground.
- All slideways, main Ram guideway, and X, Y, Z axis ballscrews are equipped with an automatic lubrication system to ensure smooth operation and long service life.
- The swivel head can rotate right and left to ensure optimal keyway parallelism. It’s also suitable for helical cutting or taper keyway slotting purposes.
- Uses an ultra-high load (axial dynamic load up to 30 tons) high-precision ballscrew for the Z-axis, plus a full-cycle lubrication system to ensure safe ballscrew operation.
- The X, Y, Z axes are fitted with HIWIN high-precision C3 class double-nut ballscrews and precision bearings, ensuring positional accuracy and long-term reliability.
