Quality & Engineering Standards

  • Geometry & accuracy: straightness/flatness/squareness, spindle alignments, backlash compensation, pitch error mapping
  • Verification: ISO 230 methodology; ballbar and/or laser interferometer where applicable
  • Spindle health: runout, vibration (FFT), drawbar force readings
  • Documentation: service report, replaced parts list (OEM part numbers), parameter/ladder backups, preventive recommendations
  • Data handling: secure storage of reports and backups; customer data shared only for job execution

Partner Requirements

To maintain consistent quality across our network, Partners are expected to have:

  • Registered business and tax compliance in operating country/region
  • Liability insurance appropriate for on-site industrial work
  • Field experience with declared controls/machines and two verifiable references
  • Essential tools: diagnostic laptop & OEM software/adapters; DTI/levels; torque tools; electrical testing; access to ballbar and/or laser (own or subcontracted) for calibration jobs
  • HSE compliance: lock-out/tag-out, ESD procedures, PPE; site safety adherence
  • Reporting discipline: deliverables uploaded within agreed timeframe after completion

Commercial Model (Overview)

  • Lead assignment: CNCBUL triages requests and routes them to Partners whose control + machine + geography match.
  • Quotation: You quote the customer with clear labor rates, travel, and parts.
  • Engagement: Work proceeds upon customer approval (on-site or remote).
  • Fees & payments: Commercial terms (pay-per-lead or success-fee) are defined in the Partner Agreement for your region. All terms are transparent and shared before activation.
