| General Description | ||
| Profile-Flex 6,250 mm up to 30,250 mm. A 5-axis machine equipped with a high-speed spindle motor capable of milling, drilling, tapping, and sawing tubes, profiles, and extrusions in aluminium, steel, wood, vinyl, and composites. The Profile-Flex is ideal for finishing heavy profiles nested over a full bar length. This C-Frame machining center includes a 5-axis, 18 kW milling motor with a 36-position tool turret. At this large profile capacity (width 550 mm × height 370 mm), the machine can measure, drill, tap, mill, and saw. Probe results are automatically compensated in the NC program. Clamps (8 to 16) are placed with the machine column or are motorized. | ||
