Construction & Design

• Bench: Exceptional, robust, and wear-resistant lathe bench made of special cast iron, specifically prepared for the induction hardening process.
• Headstock: Manufactured from a single, well-proportioned casting of stabilized special cast iron to ensure maximum rigidity and reduced vibration.
• Spindle: Made of high-strength nickel-chromium steel, cemented and ground. Mounted on two high-precision tapered roller bearings and equipped with a rear bushing for precise clearance adjustment.
• Highly resistant and appropriately ribbed cast iron base with hardened and ground guideways.
• High-strength cast iron headstock with hardened and ground gears.
• Feed bar equipped with a safety clutch for overload protection.
• Pedal-operated braking system.
