YCM FP100A CNC machining center was built in 2014 in Taiwan. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and components from renowned brands, the machine is used for precision 3D machining of heavy workpieces weighing up to 1000 kg. During machining, the reliable spindle built in IDD (Isolated Direct Drive) technology moves on roller guides from Japanese company IKO, which minimises the effects of bending torque and also ensures high positioning accuracy. In addition, the use of precision ceramic bearings guarantees quiet operation and long life of the spindle.

The FP100 A milling center is offered with a comprehensive range of equipment, including a 30-position magazine with automatic tool changing and an intuitive CNC control by HEIDENHAIN. The controller’s excellent optimisation and multitude of functions significantly simplify operation and enable advanced machining programmes to be created in just a few steps. The YCM CNC vertical machining center weighs 10500 kg.
