1.1. 3MK1620 designated for the pregrinding of raceways at outer rings of spherical roller bearings.

1.4. 3MK1620 uses the principle of movement of table oriented mutually perpendicular. X-axis – workpiece spindle table, Z-axis – grinding wheel spindle table. The movement of the machine tables is carried out using articulated screw pairs (ball screws)
1.5. For processing, a plunge-in grinding technique is used. The ring is installed on the end support and shoes. The rotation is transmitted to the ring through a magnetic chuck.
1.6. The machine is built on the basis of a two-axis CNC Siemens SINUMERIK 802D / SL.
1.7. One-point dressing device (diamond pencil) with a micrometric screw for adjusting the radius of curvature of the sphere.
1.8. Automatic lubrication system for ball screws and spindles.
1.9. Coolant cleaning system with drum-type magnetic sludge separator.
1.10. Hydraulic actuators.
