Horizontal screw with five compression stages of double uninterrupted reducing pitch flights.
Conical configuration with 11″ at discharge, 2 1/2″ flights, 35% reduction.
Long wing feeder and low rider wing feeders to assist in breaking down material to consistent size.
Kryptonite swoop hard surfacing on flights. SWE-EVODRIVE- MC3PLSF09 gearbox, Motor inverter rated at 100HP 480V 60hz 3 phase. 100 hp VFD Included. Stainless steel frames 3/*” thick, .010 Slots with heavy external reinforcing ribs. Split screen for ease of maintenance. Self adjusting discharge cone with pneumatic air cylinders.
