Machine Description
The TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 5000 (T05) is a high-performance CNC tube laser cutting machine designed for precision processing of round tubes, square tubes, rectangular profiles, and structural sections. Equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl CNC control, the machine delivers excellent productivity, high positioning accuracy, and reliable automation for demanding industrial manufacturing environments.

The machine features a generous X-axis travel of 6,500 mm (255.91″), Y-axis travel of 310 mm (12.20″), Z-axis travel of 170 mm (6.69″), and a continuously rotating A-axis for complex profile machining. High-speed rapid traverse rates of up to 170 m/min provide excellent productivity while maintaining exceptional cutting accuracy.

The system is capable of processing workpieces up to Ø500 mm (19.69″) in diameter and square profiles up to 300 × 300 mm (11.81″ × 11.81″). Material loading length reaches 6,500 mm while finished parts up to 3,000 mm can be automatically unloaded. Positioning accuracy of ±0.20 mm and repeatability of ±0.015 mm ensure consistent production quality.

The machine is equipped with a 155 mm focal length laser cutting head and supports TRUMPF TruFlow CO₂ laser resonators including the TruFlow 2000, TruFlow 2700, and TruFlow 3200 series.
