Description
The Takashima TB-1 is a high-speed wire straightening and cut-off machine designed for efficient processing of wire materials up to 6.35 mm (1/4″) in diameter. The machine offers feed speeds ranging from 30.5 to 73.2 m/min (100–240 FPM), making it suitable for high-volume production environments.
With a maximum cut length of 6.10 meters (20 feet), the TB-1 is capable of producing accurately cut wire components for a variety of industrial applications including fasteners, springs, construction products, wire forms, and general manufacturing.
The machine was removed from an operating facility and is reported to perform as expected. It can be inspected under power and was verified to be running properly prior to shipment.
