All machines are offered in used condition. We strongly recommend that buyers personally inspect and test the equipment at our premises prior to purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all machines are sold “as is, where is”, without any warranty or guarantee.
Loading, Transportation and Risk
The buyer is solely responsible for all costs and risks associated with loading, transportation, freight, insurance, securing, and delivery of the machine. Responsibility transfers to the buyer upon collection/loading.
Payment Terms
The machine may only be released and collected after the full purchase price has been received and cleared in our bank account. Cash payments may be accepted within applicable legal limits and regulations.
