The machine was designed and manufactured to manufacture rotor shafts for power tools.
The machine was designed and manufactured to automatically perform the following operations:
– Automatically load/unload parts from/to the tool carrier line using a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
– Turning the ring seat + facing the commutator + turning the commutator.
– Ring assembly – commutator side

– Ring assembly – drive gear side
The machine has several production programs for manufacturing different parts.
Each program corresponds specifically to a shaft type.
