Machine:
The machine works with the 2 flank process or with the 1 flank contact process for gear hard finishing of external gearings. Machine will be foreseen with an additional FES-filte unit for 1 machine and a pallet conveyor for the automation.
Process results:
Gear hard finishing including correction of the geometrical parameters like lead, profile and pitch with simultaneous result of a constant over-ball-dimension and an exceptional good surface structure and roughness, including the option for honing timing gears.
