Description
The Matsuura MC-600VGDC is a highly specialized twin-spindle simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center designed for maximum productivity in precision component manufacturing. Manufactured in 2005, this machine combines Matsuura’s renowned reliability with dual-spindle technology, allowing two parts to be machined simultaneously and significantly reducing cycle times.
Equipped with a FANUC 16i-M CNC control and a Tsudakoma TTNC-201-2 5-axis rotary system, the MC-600VGDC is capable of complex simultaneous 5-axis machining for aerospace, medical, automotive, mold & die, and precision engineering applications.
The machine offers travels of 600 mm (X), 410 mm (Y), and 470 mm (Z), combined with a high-speed 15,000 RPM BT40 dual-spindle configuration. A 30-position automatic tool changer and fast 2.8-second chip-to-chip tool changes maximize productivity during high-volume production.
With its ability to perform simultaneous 5-axis machining on twin spindles, the MC-600VGDC remains an excellent solution for manufacturers seeking high output, reduced cycle times, and exceptional machining flexibility.
The machine is currently in working condition and can be inspected and tested under power.
