The 3-ply surgical mask line , wound pad, mask production system offered here combines efficiency and safety features with a first-class meat pad, food pad, fruit pad . The integrated extra module “Single Pack” enables the food pad production machine to pack each mask individually wrapped at full speed of up to 800 pads / min. The film rolls also have an autosplice function, so that the system weld the film together on the fly while unit operation.

Surgical mask line can be used as following
outer layer Spunbond nonwoven
middle layer is meltblown layer
bottom layer is spunbond nonwoven

The food pad is made up of 3 layers of non-woven material:
– An outer layer of spunbond/film
– A meltblown filtration layer/sap , saf , fluff, pulp absorbent layer
– An inner layer of spunbond/film

These product features are realized thanks to the use of precise welding rollers, a modern and intuitive HMI with touchscreen function for simple and clear operation,
as well as web guiding systems implemented. Intelligent sensors ensure that the material levels are precisely determined. If a low material level is detected, the material is welded to one another using the autosplice function without stopping the system.

– Error messages can be tracked in the alarm and error history. These include:

– The production quantities and other details can be viewed on the HMI aswell
