Description The Leadwell MCV-1300 is a robust CNC Vertical Machining Center manufactured in 2018 and designed for heavy-duty milling, drilling, tapping, and precision machining applications. Equipped with a powerful 34 HP spindle motor, CAT 50 spindle taper, and a two-speed gearbox, the machine delivers excellent torque and cutting performance for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and other difficult-to-machine materials. The large 1,422 mm × 610 mm table supports workpieces up to 1,361 kg, while the 32-position side-mount automatic tool changer maximizes productivity. The machine features Fanuc 0i-MF CNC control with Manual Guide i, spindle oil chiller, flood coolant system, chip conveyor, and box ways on all axes, making it ideal for mold manufacturing, aerospace, energy, automotive, and general precision machining environments.
