Kaltenbach KDX1215 CNC Profile Drilling Machine – Year 2008

With an operating capacity of 18.000 mm x 1.200 mm x 600 mm,
the machine is able to drill on
three axes. Vertical (Y) + Horizontal (w+z)). It is capable of drilling holes with a diameter of 50 mm
and thickness of 150 mm.
By using HSS (High Speed Steel) solid and extremely solid metal drill
bits, the drill speed and quality can be increased in accordance with the requirements of the
project

The Kaltenbach KDX 1215 is an advanced CNC drilling line offering high speed and precision. Capable of processing profiles up to 1200 mm wide, this model features three independent drilling units, each with automatic tool change. This allows holes of varying diameters to be drilled simultaneously on three sides of the profile. Its design, suitable for carbide drills, significantly increases drilling speed.

The machines will be installed at the buyer’s requested location and delivered in working order.
Machine prices do not include shipping and customs fees.
The buyer is responsible for transportation, visa procedures, accommodation, and meal expenses for the personnel involved in the machine installation, whether within or outside (machine location).
