Advantages:

2. spindle head moves in XZ axis. XZ axis makes constant mass movement. It has better delicate stability in prolonged use.

3.Widened column and Z-axis guide rail have bigger span, better rigidity and support ability.

4.The double cylinder is installed separately on both sides of the column for more stable Z-axis weight balance.

5. Roller type linear guide rails are adopted for 3 axes with great performance during heavy machining and high speed machining.

6.Pre-stressed ball screws in 3 axes, achieving better precision, which can pre-compensate the rebound error caused by heat growth.
7. The efficient chip removal system can reduce heat from accumulated chips and keep the work area clean.

8.Less maintenance is required for the axis transmission parts in long-term use.

 

The V-1060D vertical machining center / cnc milling machine is the next generation of Jasu’s VMC series. The machine frame is designed by FEA, with high rigidity and stability. It adopts travel beam structure. The spindle head moves in the X and Z axis, and the workbench moves in the Y axis only. This structure achieves better precision stability and better dynamic loading capacity.
The 3 axes are equipped with roller linear guide, which provides great performance during heavy duty and high speed machining. Worktable move on Y axis, which significantly improves the rigidity and precision stability of the machine and is better to cut chips discharge. Model milling, drilling, drilling, tapping and reaming etc. It has full processing function. fully closed loop linear scales can be equipped with high pressure coolant. Spindle, 4 axis synchronous movement etc. It is fully suitable for application in various industries such as machinery, automobile, mold, aerospace, engine and valves.
