Heavy-duty hydraulic punching and trimming system developed for high-volume automotive component production. The machine features a 500 kN hydraulic ram, 1,200 mm stroke, B+R hydraulic unit, 220 bar hydraulic system, integrated pneumatic controls, and a dedicated Punch & Trim Tool. Originally engineered for Mitsubishi instrument panel production at our customer, the system offers robust construction, large working capacity, and reliable industrial performance.

Machine Features
These HEIDEL hydraulic presses were custom-built for Mitsubishi Motors to manufacture automotive instrument panels in a high-volume production environment. Their rigid construction and heavy-duty hydraulic system make them suitable for trim pressing, die spotting, die tryout, punching, and general press applications. Two identical machines are available. Rigging services will be required for dismantling, while an overhead crane is available on site to facilitate loading onto transport trucks.
