Complete FANUC Automated CNC Machining Cell consisting of (2) FANUC ROBODRILL α-D21LiB5 Vertical Machining Centers manufactured in 2018, integrated with a FANUC M-20iA Industrial Robot, 60-pallet automatic magazine, and an automatic part washing station.
The system includes one 5-axis machining center equipped with a LEHMANN 5-Axis Rotary Table, while the second machine is configured as a 3-axis machining center. Both machines feature high-speed 24,000 RPM spindles, FANUC CNC controls, SCHUNK zero-point clamping systems, oil mist extraction, centralized coolant filtration, chip conveyors, and optional tooling packages.
