Machine Description:

High-performance 5-axis CNC profile machining centre designed for flexible and efficient machining of aluminium and thin-walled steel profiles. Operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, thread milling, notching and sawing are performed while the profile remains stationary, helping to protect the profile surface.

The 7.3 metre version provides a maximum machining length of 7,300 mm without profile end machining and 6,980 mm with profile end machining. The machine is equipped with a powerful 20 kW spindle with speeds up to 24,000 rpm, HSK-63F tool interface, automatic tool changing system and autonomous clamp positioning.

This 2024 machine is additionally supplied with eluCad software and a special driven milling head.
