Description
The DMG MORI CMX 50 U is a high-performance 5-axis universal machining center designed for precision milling of complex components. Manufactured in 2019 and equipped with the reliable Heidenhain TNC 620 control system, this machine combines flexibility, accuracy, and productivity for demanding machining applications.
The machine features a swiveling rotary table with B-axis (-10° to +95°) and full 360° C-axis movement, enabling true 5-axis simultaneous machining. The integrated 30-position automatic tool changer, 15,000 RPM spindle, Renishaw probing system, and 12-bar through-spindle coolant system ensure efficient production and excellent surface quality.
Additional features include direct linear scales on all linear axes, MPC 2.0 machine protection control, chip conveyor with 250-liter coolant tank, electronic handwheel, and comprehensive coolant and air-blast functions.
